Acceptance of Terms

Betting Rules

• wins88 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet, or to limit the maximum stake on any market, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

wins88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wins88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of wins88 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wins88 content without express written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wins88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profit, or data arising from use of the Platform.
